	Alpha Clinical Research, LLC is a Site Management Organization (SMO) located in Clarksville, TN, population 130,000+ and the fifth largest city in Tennessee. Clarksville is also home to Fort Campbell, the 3rd largest military population in the U.S. Army. We are a prime site for clinical research being situated just 45 miles Northwest of Nashville and minutes from Southern Kentucky. We specialize in Phase II-IV outpatient clinical trial management for the finest pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). We also recruit clinical trials for physicians and other clinical research sites in other areas of the United States.

	Alpha Clinical Research was founded by the mother-daughter team of Kathy Maddox and Amber Heggie in 1999. They introduced clinical trials to their community by opening the very first research facility in their hometown of Clarksville, TN. As a result of hard work and dedication, Alpha Clinical Research has grown tremendously over the years promoting continued community growth and opportunities for the citizens of Clarksville and surrounding areas.
